Bloody April

April has been a very bad month for me...so i was excited that May is here now...=)
to summerise April, it has been a month where i was ill for 2 weeks at a time...when my supervisor canceled on me when i planned a great lesson with my good class 2D...it turned out great...but he wasnt there...and i was ill as well preparing all day and night...oh well...wasn't meant to be i guess...and when i recovered from my fever, something else happened...bloody nose...pun intended...hehehe...any who...there is this one day...i think most people still remember it, some parts of Brunei-Muara experienced the 6 hours blackout, others 24....well it was on a Saturday, my friends and i were in UBD to try on our graduation robes...and after that we decided to hangout for a bit for old times' sake...well it was then when it happened...my nose started to bleed...at first it wasn't much..i could contain it by stuffing tissue up my nose...but after that it happened again...this was when we were making our way to our cars... i had to run to the bathroom...i stayed in there for 15 minutes...left one of the bathroom sinks bloody...at this point the blood didnt drip out...it seemed like it was flowing out...was so scared, i'm sure the lecturer who came in the toilet was too when he saw the sink..hehehehe...well again i cleared it up...there were no toilet rolls in the toilet...thats why i had to wait in there long for it to stop bleeding...
and then it happen one more time when i got home...this was when i was talking to my parents in the kitchen..gave them a fright, heheheh.... well this is when i discovered that we are having a blackout...then i felt light headed and sleepy and decided to shower and go to bed early...

then i woke up suddenly, feeling uncomfortable with something, i realised that the power is still out...so i looked for my fone in the dark...when i spent like 5 minutes looking for it without success i began to panic...but i calmed myself down...and found it, looked at the time, '9.06pm'...i turned on the torchlight on my fone...(hehehheeh...its so cool to have this feature on ur fones....i love it!hehehehe) and made my way to my mirror...at first scary thought came to my head, what if the person i see in the mirror wasnt me.......hehehheheeh...u know it was dark and it was very quiet...the right time for stupid thoughts like that...but another horror waited for me...my face was bloodied...and blood was still dripping i cudnt feel it because i mistook the wet and warm flow of blood for sweat...again i panicked...i rushed downstairs with my fone lighting my way on one hand, and a bloodied towel trying to stop the bleeding on the other...i discovered that everyone was out...no one was home...called my mom's fone, she never picked up...i made myself feel better thinking that she left her fone at home...then i called my dad..same result...then i had to call my brother, at last a familiar voice...apparently he was in Gadong..and the power is out too....he told me my parents are at my 'tua'..got function there...no power still want to have function...hahahhaaha...so i just waited for them at home...i found some tissues, and stuffed my nose with them to stop the bleeding again...then something freaky happened...the blood then came down my throat and i had to spit them out lest i shall choke...hahaha...freaky man....imagine waiting in the dark for your parents, bloodied up face while you are spitting out blood...i felt like scaring them..hahahaha...jahat..hehehe...but i didnt...god's honest truth...heheheh..anywho my mum panicked like hell, i got cleaned up and away i go to the emergency room...

when i got there the first place i went to was the washroom..hahaha..i was given weird looks from everyone....so i guess something must be wrong...and in the washroom i found out that my neck was still bloody, well u cant expect me to get cleaned up at home where there is no power can you?no power= no lights...well i got that cleaned up quickly and registered my name...i dunno why they call it the emergency room, coz i had to wait 2 hours before i can see a doctor...sigh....well, i'll tell you about what happened in the next post...terraaaaaa~
